These terms apply to Rankpilot, a service operated by Pakkawork (pakkawork.com). By using Rankpilot you agree to them.
What Rankpilot does
Rankpilot audits websites, researches keywords, tracks search and AI-answer visibility, suggests improvements, drafts content and, when you approve, applies changes. It follows search engines' published guidelines and does not use manipulative tactics.
No ranking guarantee
Search rankings and AI answers are decided by search engines and AI providers, and depend on competition, content, links and time. Nobody can guarantee a position, and we do not. Suggestions and drafts are provided to help you; review them before publishing.
Your responsibilities
- Only add websites you own or are authorised to manage. We may require proof of control and may remove sites that fail it.
- Check that business details, prices and claims in any content you publish are true.
- Do not use Rankpilot to attack, overload or scrape websites, or to break any law or search engine policy.
Fair use
The free plan has limits on sites, pages and checks. We may slow or pause usage that harms the service or other users.
Changes made to your site
Auto-applied changes only happen after you approve them and can be reverted. You remain responsible for your website and should keep your own backups.
Liability
Rankpilot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pakkawork is not liable for indirect losses, including lost traffic or revenue, arising from use of the service.
