Privacy policy

Rankpilot is a website audit and search optimisation tool operated by Pakkawork (pakkawork.com). This policy explains what we collect when you use Rankpilot and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your Google account name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, when you sign in with Google.
• The websites you add, the business details you type in, and the results of audits, crawls and checks we run on those websites.
• If you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Bing Webmaster Tools: the access tokens needed to read your search and traffic data, stored encrypted, and the reports we fetch with them.
• Basic technical logs (such as IP address and request time) used to keep the service secure and to apply fair-use limits.

What we read on websites

Our crawler reads publicly available pages of the websites you ask us to check, the same way search engines do. We only crawl a website deeply, read connected data for it, or change it after you prove you control it.

How we use it

• To run audits, track rankings and visibility, generate suggestions and content drafts, and apply changes you approve.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

• Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting).
• Google APIs: Search Console, Analytics, PageSpeed Insights and Gemini. Text sent to Gemini on its free tier may be used by Google to improve its products, so we never send personal data to it, only public website content and the business details you enter for your site.
• Anthropic (Claude) for some strategy and writing features.

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google or Bing at any time; we then delete the stored tokens.
• You can remove a site, which deletes its saved data.
• To delete your account and all its data, contact us through pakkawork.com/contact.
